Compote Vase Centerpiece Class- July 25th
This small outdoor class will be held at the farm in Glenn Saturday July 25th at 8:30am. We will be going over some design basics and techniques to make an elegant flowing statement piece from a wide variety of flowers, fillers and greens grown on site. Each participant will be welcomed by all the tools and flowers they need to create a large bouquet themselves. The class will begin at 8:30am Saturday morning to try and beat the heat. Everyone will have an entire 6ft table to themselves to allow for both social distancing and elbow room to design. Add on options include my all time favorite flower snips (and I have tried a few), waterproof floral tape, and a holly chapel pillow. If you would like to come at 7:30am you may stroll through the flower field and pick extras to add to your bouquet. However everything you will need will already be picked. hot coffee will be ready and waiting you upon arrival as well as fresh cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls from Treats by Lima. It should be a fun and enjoyable morning outside enjoying nature while learning a few new tricks! Please note: I am a self taught farmer/florist. I have learned both through research and trial and error over the last several years. I am excited to share what I have learned with you!
