All About Dahlias- Beginners Class
This will be a fun and informal class. A show and tell of sorts at first and then you will get your own dahlia clump to divide and 5 tubers to take home and plant. I will help you as much as you would like throughout the process. We will go over taking cuttings, starting them from seed v tubers. Digging, dividing, and planting. We will discuss pinching, and cutting as well. This is the perfect time to get started with a small dahlia cutting patch. The class will start at 2pm and go until everyone is satisfied that they understand. Water will be provided and I ask that you bring clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty or bring an apron with you. This will be at our farm in Glenn- 1792 Highway 45. This is a beginners class, its meant to get your toes wet and give you plenty of knowledge to get started on your very own dahlia patch but we are not diving into a masterclass on each and every aspect of growing dahlias.
